What are your favorite sports to watch and play?
I played football with our close friends in the free period or sports period during school days. Football is also my favourite sport especially in childhood days. Football is also a very popular sport across the world. I also watch Football or FIFA World Cup with our family members in the free time. Football is also beneficial in reducing weight that lowers the risk of severe several diseases including heart problems, high blood pressure, diabetes, and many more.

I also played football with our cousins in the trip or picnic for fun, and entertainment during childhood days. I also played football with our friends and cousins in the summer holidays. I also played football for fitness and healthy life.
During childhood days, I also played football with our neighbour friends for refreshment, fun, and fitness. I also played football to reduce or maintain our weight for healthy life.
Thus, children and youngsters should play several sports including football to lower or maintain our health for fitness and healthy life.
