Every individual may fun alone, or with our family members, friends, colleagues, neighbours, or society members for refreshment and calm mind by reduce our stress and tension.

I also fun in different ways for refreshment and good mood by reducing our stress and tension in daily life. There are five things for fun are given below-
1. First of all, I write blogs and articles to post our site and if visitors praises our blogs then I feel very happy and excited that reduces our stress and tension. Sometimes I share our difficulties or issues with our blogger friends through blogs that is beneficial for better mood and tension free.
2. When I was free then I watch horror and suspense serials at night for fun and entertainment for better mood and refreshment. Sometimes, I listen music and song alone for fun and masti.
3. Sometimes, I made or take delicious egg-based dishes including egg sandwiches, half boil eggs, omlette, and many more with a hot tea for fun and enjoyment.
4. I also go for trip with our friends or family members for fun and masti. These family or friends trips are beneficial in lowering life stress and tension and feel relax and happy or also gain energy to deal with several challenges in the future.
5. I also go in family gatherings celebrations or friends parties for fun and masti with our family members or friends. These family gatherings or friends parties are beneficial in making strong relationships with our family members and friends.
