Playing Several Sports

What are your thoughts on the concept of living a very long life?

Sports are considered as the physical activities including cricket, football hockey and many more which is beneficial in lowering weight and lower the risk of several severe diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, heart problems and many more which is the main concept of living a very long life.

I also play several sports including cricket, football, and badminton with our cousins and friends to lower our weight for fun, fitness and healthy life by lowering and maintaining weight that help in reducing the risk of several diseases such as heart diseases, high sugar level, high cholesterol and high blood pressure and is the basic concept of living a very happy long life.

Thus, you should play sports in school and home in the free time for refreshment and healthy life.
