- Munawwar Rana – Indian popular Urdu Poet, Munawwar Rana died at the age of 71 due to cardiac arrest on January 14, 2024, at Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (SGPGI) in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. He was a popular Indian poet who was honored with the Sahitya Akademi Award for his poem Shahdaba in the year 2014
- Kavita Chaudhary – Indian television actress, Kavita Chaudhary died at the age of 67 due to a heart attack in Parvati Devi Hospital in Amritsar on February 15, 2024. She was known for the role of IPS officer Kalyani Singh in the popular serial Udaan which was telecasted in the Doordarshan in the year 1989.
- Suhani Bhatnagar – Indian Actress and Dangal Girl, Suhani Bhatnagar died at the age of only 19 at AIIMS on February 16, 2024. According to her parent or media sources, Suhani Bhatnagar was suffering from a rare autoimmune disorder or disease, dermatomyositis. Earlier, Suhani Bhatnagar was popular for her amazing role as a young Babita Phogat in the blockbuster Aamir Khan’s movie Dangal which was released in the year 2016
- Rituraj Singh – Indian television actor, Rituraj Singh died at the age of 59 due to cardiac arrest on February 20, 2024. Popular television actor, Rituraj Singh worked in several serials such as Anupamaa, Hitler Didi, Diya Aur Baati Hum, Banegi Apni Baat, Adalat, Shapath, Aahat, Jyoti, and many more. - Pankaj Udhas – Indian playback singer, Pankaj Udhas died at the age of 72 due to prolonged illness at Breach Candy Hospital on February 26, 2024, in Mumbai, in the state of Maharashtra. Popular ghazal singer, Pankaj Udhas was popular for his works or performance in Hindi movies and Indian pop. He was also popular by participating in live concerts and albums across the world.
- Amandeep Sohi – Amandeep Sohi died at the age of 32 on March 7, 2024, due to Jaundice. She was also an actress and the younger sister of popular actress Dolly Sohi and also known for her role in the popular serial Badtameez Dil which was also telecasted on the popular television channel Star Plus.

Zakir Husain is also known as Zakir Hussain Allarakha Qureshi and one of the best table players in the world. - Shyam Benegal – Indian Film Director, Shyam Benegal died due to chronic kidney disease at the age of 90 on December 23, 2024. In several past days, he was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in the Wockhardt Hospital in Mumbai. He also received India’s highest award in Cinema the Dadasaheb Phalke Award in the year 2005.
