Reduce Irritation

What could you do less of?

Irritation is a feeling of annoyed and anger  among people. It is also a action, behaviour or situation which causes irritation.

Several other causes of irritation are loud noise, traffic noise, misbehaviour, traffic jam, sleep issues, chronic pain, and many more.

Thus, I try to reduce irritation via enhance patience, increase confidence, low anger, reduce frustration, and many more.
