My Favourite Physical Activities

What are your favorite physical activities or exercises?

Exercises or physical activities help in lowering weight which lowers the risk of several severe diseases that are linked to obesity including diabetes, high blood pressure, heart problems, and many more. It also beneficial in improving the stamina and fitness of the human body.

Physical activities or exercises may be beneficial in improving mood, boosting energy for whole day, and many more what is good for your health. It is especially beneficial for your health health by lowering weight, blood pressure, and diabetes.

My favourite physical activities or exercises are morning walk, jogging, and running. I also play several sports such as cricket, football and badminton as also my favourite activities or exercises which is beneficial for your fitness and healthy life. These physical activities or exercises helps in lowering the risk of several diseases including heart problems, diabetes, high blood pressure that is also good for heart health.
