What could you do less of?

I try to reduce our weight for fitness that is beneficial in lowering the risk of several diseases including heart problems, high blood pressure, diabetes, and many more.

Presently, I do exercise early morning before breakfast for fitness and healthy life. I also take light food with less amount of fat that helps in lowering the weight abd and reducing the risk many severe diseases such as high blood pressure, heart diseases, diabetes, and many more.

Physical exercise also beneficial in improving the stamina of the body and feels relax in the early morning before breakfast.

I also play several sports including badminton, football and cricket with our friends and cousins for fitness and healthy life. Sometimes, I also go for morning talk with our parents instead of physical exercise to lower our weight and goot fitness.
