Important Facts about Masjid Quba

Masjid Quba – It is considered as the first mosque in the Islamic History, which was constructed by Prophet Muhammad in 622 CE and was later completed by his companions. Later, it was constructed in the village of Quba at a distance of about 6km (3.7 miles) from Medina. Masjid Quba is also the second largest mosque after masjid al-Nabawi in the city of Medina, Saudi Arabia.
