Introduction – Harvinder Singh is an Indian Para Archer who won the gold medal in the men’s singles recurve archery at the Paris Paralympics 2024. He also won the bronze medal in the men’s singles recurve archery event at the Tokyo Paralympics 2020.

Personal Details – Harvinder Singh was born in Kaithal in the state of Haryana on February 21 in the year 1991. He belongs to farming family in the state of Haryana.
Earlier, Harvinder Singh was suffered from dengue and need injections for treatment but the side effects of this injection may be resulted in the partial disability of his legs. During the Covid 19 epidemic, Harvinder’s Father support or encourage his son to become the best archer by converting their farm into the archery range.
Presently, Harvinder Singh is also pursuing from Punjab University in the city of Patiala.
Achievements – The main achievement of Harvinder Singh is to win the gold medal in the men’s singles recurve archery event at the Paris Paralympics 2024. Harvinder Singh won the final match 6-0 (28-24, 28-27, 29-25) with Lukasz Ciszek of Poland and won the gold medal in the men’s singles recurve archery event at the Paris Paralympics 2024.
Earlier, Harvinder Singh won the bronze medal in the men’s singles recurve archery event at the Tokyo Paralympics 2020. He also won the bronze medal in the men’s doubles recurve archery event at the Asian Para Games in Hangzhou in the year 2022.
