Presently, India also top in winning medals in the Olympic and Paralympics Games. India won 6 medals including 1 silver and 5 bronze medals at the Paris Olympics 2024. Earlier, India won 7 medals including 1 gold medal, 2 silver medals, and 4 bronze medals at the Tokyo Olympics 2020.

Now, India won 29 medals including 7 gold medals, 9 silver medals, and 13 bronze medals at the Paris Paralympics 2024. India won 29 medals with better ever performance in the Paralympics Games. Earlier India won 19 medals including 5 gold medals, 8 silver medals, and 6 bronze medals at the Tokyo Paralympics 2020.

Neeraj Chopra – My favourite athlete is Neeraj Chopra because he was the first Indian athlete or javelin thrower who won the gold medal in the men’s javelin throw at the Tokyo Olympics 2020. He also won the silver medal in the men’s javelin throw at the Paris Olympics 2024. This achievement encourages other Indian players to win medals in the Olympic Games.

Avani Lekhara – My favourite player is Avani Lekhara who won two gold medals and one bronze medal in the Paralympics Games. She do not give up due to disability and work hard and three medals including 2 gold medals and 1 bronze medal in the Paralympic Games.

Sifan Hassan – My favourite player is Sifan Hassan, is a Dutch Athlete who one gold medals and 2 bronze medals in the Paris Olympics 2024. He won the gold medal in marathon about 42 km at the Paris Olympics 2024 that’s why it’s my favourite athlete. She also won 2 gold medals and 1 bronze medal at the Tokyo Olympics 2020

Simon Biles – My favourite player is Simone Biles who won 3 gold medals and 1 silver medal at the Paris Olympics 2024. Earlier, she won 4 gold medals and 1 bronze medal at the Rio Olympics 2016. She won 4 gold medals in the same Olympic games that’s why it’s my favourite athlete.
