Praveen Kumar was placed in the first position with the best jump of 2..08m and won the gold medal in the men’s high jump T64 event at the Paris Paralympics 2024. After winning gold medal, India won 26 medals including 6 gold medals, 9 silver medals, and 11 bronze medals at the Paris Paralympics 2024.

Earlier, Praveen Kumar won the silver medal with the best jump of 2.07m in the men’s high jump T64 event at the Tokyo Paralympics 2024.
