It’s a very proud moment for our country that Indian Para Shot Purrer, Sachin Sarjerao Khilari created history and won the silver medal in men’s shot put F46 event at the Paris Paralympics 2024. After winning this medal, India won 21 medals including 3 gold medals, 8 silver medals, and 10 bronze medals at the Paris Paralympics 2024.

Sachin Sarjerao Khilari was placed in the second position with the best throw of 16.32m and won the historical silver medal in the men’s shot put F46 event at the Paris Paralympics 2024. In the same event, Greg Stewart (Canada) won the gold medal with the best throw of 16.38m and Luka Bakovic  (Croatia) won the bronze medal with the best throw of 16.27m at the Paris Paralympics 2024

Earlier, Sachin Sarjerao Khilari won the gold medal in the men’s shot put F46 event at the Asian Para Games in Hangzhou in the year 2022.

Sachin Sarjerao Khilari won the gold medal in the men’s shot put F46 event at the World Para Championships in Kobe in the year 2024. He also won the gold medal in the men’s shot put F46 event at the World Para Championships in Paris in the year 2023.
