It’s a great and exciting news for our country that India won the quarter-final hockey match against Great Britain by penalty shootout 4-2 in the Paris Olympics 2024.

Indian Goalkeeper Parattu Raveendran Sreejesh was the hero of the hockey to save goals during penalty shootout.
Indian hockey captain, Harmanpreet Singh scored the first goal through penalty corner in the 22nd minute that leads India by 1-0 against Great Britain. But after 5 minutes, Lee Morton score the first goal for Great Britain in the 27th minute that equalised the goal 1-1 with India.
During penalty shootout, India won the match by 4-2 with Great Britain in the men’s hockey match at the Paris Olympics 2024. Indian Goalkeeper, Parattu Raveendran Sreejesh was the hero of this match by saving many goals that help India to win quarter-final match by 4-2 against Great Britain in the Paris Olympics 2024.
After winning this match, India reached the semi-final in the men’s hockey at the Paris Olympics 2024.
Earlier, India won the historical hockey match by 3-2 with Australia after 52 years in the Paris Olympics 2024 since Munich in the year 1972 in the Olympic games.
