What’s your go-to comfort food?

There are several comfort foods that is beneficial in calming our mind and make me feel happy by lowering stress and depression are given below –

Egg-Based Dishes – Many egg-based dishes including half boil eggs, egg sandwiches, omlette, and many more to comfort our mind and make me feel happy by lowering stress and depression.

Aaloo ka Paratha – I take aaloo ka Paratha in holidays or especially in Sunday to comfort our mind and make me feel happy in holiday.

Pizza – It is also comfort food when mood is not good. When I take pizza then it changes our mood and make me feel happy for the whole day.

Maggi – I take maggi especially in evening with tea to comfort our mind and make me feel happy with our family members.

Chola poori – I take chola poori in breakfast especially in Sunday to comfort our mind and make me feel happy for the whole day.
