In the third T20 match between India and Zimbabwe, India won the match by 23 runs with Zimbabwe due to great performance in batting and bowling. After winning this match, India leads the series by (2-1) in the 5 T20 matches series against Zimbabwe.

Earlier, India won the toss and chose to bat first and made a huge score of 182/4 in 20 overs due to great batting by Shubman Gill 66 (49), Ruturaj Gaikwad 49 (28), and Yashasvi Jaiswal 36 (27). Both Sikandar Raza 2/24 (4) and Blessings Muzarabani 2/25 (4) were good bowling from the Zimbabwe side. After this inning, India set a huge target of 183 runs in 20 overs for Zimbabwe to win this match.

During chasing, Zimbabwe scored 159/6 in 20 overs and lost the match by 23 runs with India due to great bowling by  Washington Sundar 3/15 (4), Avesh Khan 2/39 (4), and Khaleel Ahmed 1/15 (4).  Dion Myers 65* (49), Clive Madande 37 (26), and Wellington Masakadza 18* (10) were good batting from the Zimbabwe side.

Washington Sundar (ZIM), 3/15 (4), was declared as the Player of the Match due to great performance in bowling.
