Are there things you try to practice daily to live a more sustainable lifestyle?
I try to practice several things to live a more sustainable life are given below –

1. I try to reduce weight, refresh our mind, and preven several diseases that are associated with obesity by doing exercise daily at morning.
2. I avoid bad habits including smoking, drinking alcohol, and many more to lower the risk of several diseases that are associated with alcohol and smoking.
3. I try to reduce our anger that help in avoiding several issues in our life for a better life.
4. I try to reduce stress or depression and calm our mund by taking regularly with our family members and friends, and also listening to music
5. I try to gain more information and enhance our knowledge for a better career and life by reading different types of books and blogs in several fields including technical, economics, scientific, health, diseases, and many more.
