What fears have you overcome and how?

I fear of giving interview with professionals, group discussion, and presentation in the front of large numbers of people to get a job in the good company.

Thus, I learned or improve our English speaking with grammar and practiced how to give interview with several bosses and professional. I also learned about how to give presentation in the front of large professionals it individual in  the English speaking course in the coaching classes.

After completing the English speaking course, I reduce or overcome my fear in giving interview with several bosses and giving presentation in the front of large numbers of professionals or individual. I also lower or overcome the hesitation in the group discussions with several candidates during the interview.

Now, I am giving interview and presentation with confidence in the front of several professionals or individuals.
