How do you know when it’s time to unplug? What do you do to make it happen?
When something gets too much then it should be unplugged because it may negative affect on your life.

During school days, I took too much food that increases our weight. I was too lazy and do not concentrate on our studies due to increase the weight of our body. I look so much fatty that negative affects our confidence.
Thus, I decided that it’s time to reduce the intake of food and do daily exercise at morning to lower our weight. So, I went to morning walk and do regular exercise before breakfast. I reduced the intake of food that help in reducing our weight.
After several months, I feel good so much by reducing the weight of our body. I look so handsome, feel very comfortable, increase confidence, and concentrate on our studies when I reduced our weight.
