Sehri is very important practice during fasting in the holy month of Ramadan. Sehri is the meal taken by an individual in early morning before fasting.

Sehri is very important to prevent weakness during fasting. Thus, we must taken sehri to prevent weakness during fasting for the whole day.

I also wake up early morning and took some light things or food like toast with tea or sometimes egg or omlette with milk to avoid or prevent weakness during fasting. After sehri, I pray or namaz of fajr in the early morning.
