Describe your most ideal day from beginning to end.

Individuals are very excited about any holiday including Sunday. Sunday is only holiday in the whole week either in office or college, or school. Children or individuals plan to Sunday as enjoyable or ideal day to refresh their mind

I wake up at 7am and exercise daily morning. After exercise, I read newspaper with hot tea on Sunday. Later, I took delicious breakfast including omlette with butter and bread at Sunday. Later, I watch suspense or thriller serials with great enjoyment. Sometimes, I went to market to buy vegetables, fruits, and many more to help our mother. Before lunch, I took bath and wear new clothes.

In afternoon, I took lunch with delicious dishes like paratha sabzi, chola puri, and many more. After lunch, I again watch serial and slept for two hours to refresh our mind.

At evening, I took again tea with biscuits and toast. Later, I took snacks like Maggy, with sauce before dinner. After that, I watch suspense serial with great excitement. I took light dish at night in dinner for easy digestion in night. Before sleeping, I may walk to digest the food for one hour. Finally, I went to bed and sleep early to prepare wake up at early morning for work.
