National Youth Day is also called as Rashtriya Yuva Diwas and is observed every year on January 12 across India to celebrate the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda. The main purpose of this day is to spread awareness and inform about the rights of youngsters in our country. National Youth Day is known as Yuva Divas whose main goal is to motivate and inspire youngsters disseminating the ideals spread by Swami Vivekananda to contribute or help by making a more promising future for the country.
In the past, the Indian government declared that the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda is celebrated annually as National Youth Day on January 12. This national day has been commemorated or honored with the main goal of encouraging and inspiring youngsters across the country and spreading ideas of Swami Vivekananda for contributing to a brighter future for the nation.
National Youth Day is also called as Yuva Diwas to honor the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda and is observed every year on January 12 across the country. On this day, many educational institutions join the celebration of National Youth Day by debating honoring Swami Vivekananda and organizing parades, arranging essay writing competitions, musical performances, seminars, and many more. Children may also actively participate the writing competitions and lectures at schools inspired by Swami Vivekananda to encourage youngsters of our country.
