It’s very heartbreaking and shocking news that Indian actor, Neeem Sayyed  popularly known as Junior Mahmood died at the age of 67 on December 8, 2023, due to stomach cancer. He was undergoing treatment or admitted to Tata Memorial Hospital in Parel. As per a report, the condition of Junior Mahmood had started deteriorating which was on oxygen support.

Indian actor, Naeem Sayyed popularly known as Junior Mahmood started his career as a child actor with Sanjeev Kumar’s movie ‘’Naunihal’’ which was released in the year 1967. Comedy Icon, Mahmood Ali gave their name to Naeem Sayyed as Junior Mahmood when they worked together in the movie Suhagrat which was released in the year 1968. The popular movies of Junior Mahmood include Kati Patang, Mera Naam Joker, Jidaai, Imaandaar, Brahmachari, Geet Gaata Chal, Baap Numbri Beta Dus Numbri, Aaj Ka Arjun, and many more. He also worked in many TV shows such as Ek Rishta Saajhedari Ka, and Pyar Ka Dard hai Meetha Meetha Pyara Pyara.
