It’s a very proud moment for our country that the Indian women’s team won the silver medal in athletics at the Asian Games 2023. The Indian team comprising Vithya Ramraj, Aishwarya Mishra, Prachi, and Subha Venkatesan won the silver medal in the women’s 4x400m relay race at the Asian Games 2023 in Hangzhou, China.

The Indian women’s team comprising Vithya Ramraj, Aishwarya Mishra, Prachi, and Subha Venkatesan won the silver medal in the women’s 4x400m relay race with a best time of 3.27.85 seconds at the Asian Games 2023 in Hangzhou, China. Bahrain won the gold medal with a new record time of 3:27.65 seconds which broke the Asian game record of India of 3:28.68 seconds that was set in the Asian Games 2014 in Incheon. Sri Lanka won the bronze medal with a timing of 3:30.88 seconds in the women’s 4x400m relay race at the Asian Games 2023.

Earlier, Vithya Ramraj clinched the bronze medal in the women’s 400m hurdles race with a timing of 55.68 seconds in the Asian Games 2023. Previously, Vithya Ramraj and Subha Venkatesan were also important part of the Indian mixed relay team with Muhammad Ajmal, and Rajesh Ramesh who won the silver medal with a timing of 3:14.34 seconds in the 4x400m mixed relay race at the Asian Games 2023.
