It’s a very proud moment for our country that the Indian boxer, Nikhat Zareen won the bronze medal in the boxing event at the Asian Games 2023. She won the bronze medal in the women’s 50 kg boxing event in the Asian Games 2023 in Hangzhou, China.

Nikhat Zareen won the bronze medal in the women’s 50 kg by losing the semi-final match by 3:2 split decision with Chuthamat Raksat of Thailand in the Asian Games 2023. Earlier, she won the gold medal in boxing at the World Championships 2023 in New Delhi.

 Nikhat Zareen also won the gold medal in the Commonwealth Games 2022 Birmingham. She won the gold medal in the World Championships 2022 Istanbul.
