Introduction – Siddharth Shukla was an popular Indian actor in Hindi television serials and known for his awesome or memorable role in Balika Vadhu, Dil Se Dil Tak, and Broken But Beautiful 3. He was the winner of some reality shows such as Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 7 and Big Boss 3. Siddharth also hosted India’s Got Talent and Savdhaan India. He was also won the World’s Best Model title out of 40 participants from Latin America, Europe, and Asia in December 2005. Earlier, he debuted with a leading role in ‘’Babul Ka Aangann Chootey Na’’ in the year 2008. Siddharth also debuted in a supporting role in the movie ‘’Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’’.

Career – In past, Siddharth Shukla completed a bachelor’s degree in interior design and worked in the interior designing company for some years. In the year, 2004, he was runner-up in the Gladrags Manhunt and Megamodel Contest. He became the first Indian as well as first Asian to win the beauty contest and beating 40 other competitors that from Europe, Latin America, and Asia at the World’s Best Model Contest that was held in Turkey in the year 2005. After winning this title, he appeared in several advertisements for ICICI, and Bajaj Avenger. Siddharth debuted as an actor with a lead role in the popular serial ‘’Babul Ka Aangann Chootey Na’’ that was telecasted on Sony TV with Aastha Chaudhary in the year 2008. In this serial, Siddharth played the role of Shubh Ranawat, an individual dedicated to his work and family. This popular serial was ended in February 2009. After that, he appeared in the role of Veer Vardhan Singh in the serial Jaane Pehchaane Se…Ye Ajnabbi with Aditi Tailang and Sanjeeda Sheikh in the year 2009 that was telecasted on the popular channel Star One and ended in September 2010.

Siddharth was also worked in several episodes on popular horror serial ‘’Aahat’’.  He was worked as a role of Rahul Kashyap in the serial ‘’Love U Zindagi’’ with Pavitra Punia in the year 2011 that was telecasted on Star Plus. He has also appeared in an episode of the popular thriller serial CID that was telecasted on Sony TV. He has appeared as District Collector in the most popular serial Balika Vadhu with Toral Rasputra and Pratyusha Banerjee that was telecasted on the Colors TV in the year 2012. He was gaining popularity with won several awards and nominations. He also received the award of Great Performer of the Year (Male) in the Indian Television (ITA) Awards. In the year 2015, he left the show ‘’Balika Vadhu’ when his character Shiv dead fighting with terrorists.

In the year 2013, Siddharth participated in ‘’Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 6’’, a celebrity dance reality show. He debuted in Bollywood as a supporting role in a romantic comedy movie ‘’Humpty Sharma Ki Dukaan’’ in the year 2014. In this movie, he played the role of Angad Bedi who was an NRI doctor and fiancé of the female protagonist played by popular actress Alia Bhatt. In the year 2014, Siddharth hosted ‘’Savdhaan India’’ and introduced stories of common people who fought against crime. He also hosted ‘’India’s Got Talent 6’’ with popular comedian Bharti Singh in the year 2015.  Siddharth participated and won the stunt reality show ‘’Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 7’’, in the year 2016. He also again hosted ‘’India’s Got Talent 7’’ with Bharti Singh. Siddharth was played as a role of Parth Bhanushali in the serial ‘’Dil Se Dil Tak’’ with Jasmin Bhasin and Rashami Desai in the year 2017.

Siddharth participated in the ‘’Big Boss 13’’, a reality show in the year 2019, and was declared the winner in February 2020. He was voted as a most favorite participant in a popular reality show Big Boss 13 in polls that conducted by the Times of India and Hindustan Times. He was also entered as a ‘’Toofani’’ Seniors in the popular reality show Big Boss 14 with Gauhar Khan and Hina Khan for the first two weeks. He has also hosted the 16^th week’s ‘’Weekend Ka Vaar’’ of Big Boss 14 due to the absence of Salman Khan. He was also debuted as Agastya Rao in the third season of the romance web series ‘’Broken But Beautiful’’ with Sonia Rathee that was telecasted on MX Player and ALT Balaji.

Personal Information – Siddharth Shukla was born on December 12, 1980, in Mumbai’. The father of Siddharth, Ashok Shukla was a civil engineer that was worked in the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), and his mother, Ritu Shukla is a housemaker with two elder sisters.  During modelling days, Siddharth lost his father due to a lung disorder. He studied and holds a bachelor’s degree in interior design from Rachana Sansad School of Interior Design.

Death – Siddharth Shukla died at an age of 40 due to a severe heart attack at Cooper Hospital in Mumbai on September 2, 2021
