10 Ways to Protect Hair From Daily Life Effects?

The average person has about five million hairs. Most hairs grow up to the age of six years and then fall out and new hairs grow. The main problem concerning hair is thinning hair, hair fall, graying hair, loss of shine and many more problems.  Thus care should be taken from childhood to minimize hair problems.

Ways to Protect Hair: – There are several ways in which people protect their hair from various types of damages. Some of these ways have been discussed here

  1. Adopt natural way– To stimulate hair growth easily, available ingredient is egg. Egg is rich in vitamin A, D and E which promote hair growth. A mixture of egg yolk and olive oil is beneficial for hair washing. Honey and onion juice can be used to massage twice a week.
  2. Do not over wash – Too much washing leads to getting rid of the scalp born nutrients that are highly beneficial for hair and make them stronger. Over washing makes the scalp dry and hair brittle.
  3. Eat healthy – Make sure the diet consists of whole grains such as barley, oats, and broken wheat. They are all rich in vitamin B,zinc and Iron which are highly beneficial for hair follicles. Take green vegetables like spinach and broccoli which are rich in folic acid, vitamin A and C.
  4. Do not over wash – Too much washing leads to getting rid of the scalp born nutrients that are highly beneficial for hair and make them stronger. Over washing makes the scalp dry and hair brittle.
  5. Combing of hair – Wet hair should not be combed, it leads to hair breakage. Always comb gently.
  6. Stop smoking – Smoking adversely affects the blood flow to hair follicles which disrupts normal hair growth, thinning of hair and thus hair loss.
  7. Drink lot of water – As you know healthy hair needs to be hydrated then you drink lot of water daily to give it the hydration it needs. It will also helpful in hydrate your skin and nails and making you feel healthier.
  8. Protect hair from the sun – f you are outside from home in the hot sun then protect your hair by wearing a hat .It can also help to protect your skin from getting burnt.
  9. Avoid dying your hair – Please avoid dying your hair due to hair dye contains main harsh chemicals which damages your hair.
  10. Choose suitable shampoo – Choose a suitable and natural shampoo for your hair type. Several shampoos have detergent-like ingredients called sulfates which remove excess dirt and oil so it can damage your hair.
