Chinese company, Huawei has introduced Honor Magic smartphone in China. It will be available in Golden Black and Porcelain White colour only at a cost of CNY 3,699 (roughly Rs 36,000). The company did not give information about the launch of the new smartphone globally.

The Honor Magic smartphone offers a 5.09-inch Quad HD Amoled 3D curved screen with a resolution of 1440×2560 pixels. There is storage of 64GB and operates on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with Honor’s UI on top. It has octa-core Kirin 950 processor clocked at 1.8Ghz and a 4GB of RAM. The smartphone has various features including 4G LTE, 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS/A-GPS and suports dual-SIM
The device comes with two cameras which are placed at the rear of 12-megapixel dual cameras. The rear cameras have dual-tone LED flash and f/2.2 aperture .At the front there is an 8-megapixel camera. The dimensions of the phone are 146.1×69.9×7.8mm and weighs 145 grams.
The snartphone offers a WiseScreen sensor which is used to unlock the phone by simply looking at the screen. When the smartphone was in pocket then it automatically turns off the screen and locks the device. The smartphone has an attractive FaceCode intelligent recognition feature which is used to display notifications on the smartphone if it verifies the user.
The smartphone has various sensors such as Hall effect sensor, Fingerprint sensor, Proximity sensor, Ambient light sensor, Compass, Accelerometer, Phone status indicator and Gyroscope. Its dimensions are 146.1 x 69.9 x 7.8 mm, weighs 145 grams and is back up by a 2900mAh battery.
