Chinese company, Xiaomi may be introducing the Meri Aka Mi 5c smartphone on December 12 in Chinese market at a price of CNY 1,499 (roughly Rs 14,800).

The Meri Aka Mi-5c smartphone will likely to come with 5.5-inch (1080×1920 pixels) full-HD display which has a 403 ppi density. It may be come with NFC support for payments.

According to rumour, the smartphone will work its own Pine Cone processor for some time and operates on Android 6.0 Marshmallow which is based on MIUI 8 out of the box. It will be available in Rose Gold, Gold and Black colour only and offers an octa-core processor clocked at 1.4GHz, 3GB of RAM and ARM Mali-T860 GPU.

If the rumour is correct then the company will be prepared to launch the Meri Aka Mi-5c smartphone in Chinese market on December 12.
