What is a Dream

A dream is a succession of ideas, sensations, images, and emotions which normally occur involuntarily in the mind during certain stages of sleep. It is important to note that humans spend around 2 hours dreaming daily at night and every dream lasts about 5 to 20 minutes while an individual may observe the dream as being longer than 20 minutes.

If you watch a horror movie then you may be seeing horror dreams at night. When you want to marry then you may dream about a girl during sleep at night. Thus, the functions and content of dreams are based on philosophical, emotional, and scientific during recorded history.  As per a study, most of the modern dream concentrates on the neurophysiology of dreams in testing and proposing hypothesis regarding dream function. Mostly dream occurs in the rapid-eye movement (REM) stage of sleep if brain activity is high and look like that of being awake.

The dream also plays an important role in the success of an Individual. Each person sees a dream to become a successful individual in the future This type of dream is very important and positive for a person who wants to become successful in the future. A successful person is that who converts a big dream into reality by working hard. Thus, we should see this type of dream for success in the future.
