- Full–scale nuclear war – This type of nuclear war refers to the use of a large number of nuclear weapons to attack the whole country including economic, civilian, and military targets. Full-scale nuclear war certainly destroys the entire social, military, and economic infrastructure of the enemy country. This type of nuclear war occurs between two developed countries. A limited nuclear war may be converted into a full-scale nuclear war between two powerful countries.
