India records more than 3 Lakh cases with World Biggest Daily Spike

India reported 3.14 lakh new coronavirus cases with a record 2,104 deaths on April 22 as per the health ministry and is the fastest increases in cases and deaths since the pandemic began in the year 2019.

Earlier more than 2 lakh corona cases are being recorded everyday since April 15. Experts are not sure when the corona cases will start reducing. There are five states that recorded the biggest surge in the last 24 hours such as Maharashtra (67,468), Uttar Pradesh (33,106), Delhi (24,638), Karnataka (23,558), and Kerala (22,414).

Maharashtra and Delhi Government imposed a lockdown on their states to break the chain and help in lowering the corona cases. Uttar Pradesh Government imposed a night curfew between 8 pm to 7 am and weekend lockdown (Saturday and Sunday lockdown).

The second wave of Covid-19 are very dangerous and rapidly increases all over India so we should take precautions to prevent the spread of the coronavirus such as

  • Wear a surgical mask
  • Daily hand wash for 20 seconds
  • Should maintain social distancing
  • Avoid marriage, religious functions, and other gatherings
  • Use Sanitizer when you are outside from home
  • If you are suffering from fever then stay at home

Now our country has vaccines against the coronavirus so we should take vaccines that help in lowering the number of deaths. After taking vaccines, we should continuously take precautions.
