    i always have ghee as I’m an Indian so it’s daily habit and lifestyle of ours. it’s so delicious with so many health benefits but better keep doing physical actives, in order to digest ghee

  6. One of my favourite sources of stability in terms of coming back to ingredients. When ghee is around i feel comfortable and strangely reassured of it takin good care of my health and most of all my gut, immunity. To just mention one important point that it is important to have ghee of cow and most possibly if you can find one from/of an Indian cow.
